RITA DRIVER
Lead Practitioner, Regional Medical Director
Board Certified APRN, CNS, MSN, Board Certified Wound Specialist

Rita is an accomplished Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Certified Wound Care Specialist with over 25 years of diversified experience. She most recently provided comprehensive wound assessments and treatment, including debridement procedures, with Marshall County Hospital in Benton, Kentucky. Previously, Rita provided in-patient wound care and podiatry services for five years with Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Kentucky. In addition, her duties included monthly education and on-going training of facility clinical staff on wound ostomy, negative pressure solutions, hyperbaric medicine, and application of skin substitutes. She also served as medical provider for the hospital’s out-patient wound care clinic operated by Healogics. Rita’s earlier clinical experience includes palliative care, orthopedics, interventional pain management, and caring for hospital surgery patients. 

Rita has been a Registered Nurse since 1995 and continued her education by earning an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Master of Science in Nursing post graduate degree from Murray State University in 2009.  

As Regional Medical Director under the Wound Providers of America clinical model of providing integrated wound and foot care services, Rita will train, advise and oversee other Advanced Nurse Practitioners, perform quality assurance reviews to ensure standard of care and documentation requirements are met, and provide direct patient care.  

 

 

OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP

 

MICHAEL BROHM
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike is an experienced healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in progressive operational and financial leadership roles with high growth healthcare companies. Mike has deep knowledge and experience in several segments of healthcare services including medical practice management including mobile wound care practices, post-acute care operations and long-term acute care hospitals. In his role as CEO, Mike will provide direction on strategic growth, medical provider recruiting, operational guidance and financial oversight. 

Most recently Mike provided operational improvement and strategic growth consulting services to a regional provider of mobile wound care services.  Previously, he served as CEO of an interventional pain management physician group which operated 13 offices in three states, three lab operations and a specialty pharmacy. Mike implemented numerous clinical and operational improvement initiatives which positively impacted the company’s clinical reputation, revenue growth and profitability.  

Mike’s other relevant experience includes past President of Vohra Wound Physicians, the largest provider of bed-side wound care services in the U.S.  Under his leadership, operational and financial improvements included expansion into new markets, restructured physician recruiting which reduced turnover and improved facility retention, automated operational reporting which helped to reduce missed patient encounters and improve physician productivity, and implemented wound care services in rural locations via telemedicine technology.  

Previously, Mike served as CEO and COO, respectively, for two separate, multi-location long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) companies, which also included outpatient wound care centers. Mike’s other experience includes leadership roles as (i) Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare Industry (performance improvement consulting) Group; (ii) CFO of a 400-bed urban hospital; (ii) COO for an integrated children’s healthcare system consisting of a 235-bed teaching hospital, 21 satellite primary care and urgent care centers, and a physician practice management company with over 100 physicians.  

Mike began his career as a CPA/Audit Manager with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where his main client was Humana, Inc. 

 

KIM WEBB
Director of Business Development

In her role as Director of Business Development, Kim will lead the implementation of initiatives to drive company growth, onboard new partner facilities with their assigned medical provider, and support our partner facilities as needed. 

Kim’s prior experience includes director of facility management for a large multi-site medical office where she coordinated the opening of all new locations, office manager for high volume medical practices supporting several medical professionals, and business manager for other service-oriented companies. Kim is well-known and respected for her attention to detail and planning skills, while exceeding customer expectations.
